c. How does preamble of the Competition Act, 2002 relate with section 18 of the Competition Act, 2002? (Marks 03)

a. Discuss the definition of 'Consumer' under the Competition Act, 2002 and differentiate it with the definition given under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. (Marks 02)
