Attempt any four questions from Part-B. Each question carries 10 marks. Attempt any two questions from Part-c. Each question carries 20 marks.


PART-A

Write short notes on any four of the following questions in about 150 words. Each question carries 5 marks. 4x5=20

1. Explain the term "Trafficking in Persons".

2. Child Welfare Committee under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2000.

3. Public Interest Litigation.

4. Write a note on Child Trafficking.

5. What is the meaning of trafficking for forced labour

2. Write on Empowerment of Synergy with reference to any two cases.

3. Explain the role of government in bringing community awareness towards anti human trafficking.

4. Describe the role of Indian Judiciary in combating Human Trafficking.

5. What are the guidelines framed for the investigating officers who investigate organised crime of trafficking

6. Discuss the role of counsellor after the rescue operation.

Answer any two of the following questions in about 1200 words each. Each question carries 20 marks. 2x20=40
