What is Participatory Planning? Explain the initiatives undertaken by the government to promote citizen's participation in urban governance.
2. Define campaign. Identify the various components of a campaign and their significance in the campaign process.
What do you mean by grassroot networks? In your opinion how do grassroot networks contribute to the overall objective of development
3. Define Participatory Training. Discuss the methods used in participatory training.
