1. Define the concept of policy How do policies assist in promoting social harmony and goodwill within a community.
2. Explain one theory of social policy which you prefer and think have potential to enhance youth development in your country.
3. Compare two policies that are made by successful non-governmental organizations (like religious institutions village committees) which affected you and your family.
4. Describe the essential features of your policy.
5. Discuss the role conflict. Compare your understanding of the similarities and differences among three views on conflict namely the functional view, the interactionist view and structuralist view.
6. List out the major conflict handling styles and reflect on one style from your experience which would play very effectively as a youth worker.
7. Describe major causes of inter group conflict and illustrate one important underlying course which can be very difficult to resolve in your context.
