relating to the safety of workers.
2. When is a worker liable to punishment under the
factories Act?
3. Distinguish between partial disablement and total
disablement.
4. What are the remedies available to workman in respect of
injury sustained by him in the course of employment?
5. Define industrial dispute'. What are its essentials?
6. Trace the scope of shops and establishments Act 1947.
7. What are the duties and powers of the employee's state
insurance corporation?
8. State the object of 'employees' provident funds Act.
