5. Detail the provision for fixation of wage period and time
of payment of wages under the Payment of Wages Act,
1936.
6. Discuss the purposes for which ESI fund may be spent.
7. What do you understand by Gratuity, discuss its purpose
and scope?
8. Write note on disqualification of office bearers of Trade
