2. Answer any two of the following: (Marks 5×2=10) a. What is complaint? b. Discuss the punishing jurisdiction of criminal courts in India. c. Whether maintenance can be granted in the case of live in relationship?
3. Discuss the conditions under the chapter of maintenance of Cr.P.C., wherein father can claim maintenance. Whether father can claim maintenance from his illegitimate child? (Marks 10)
