1. "The provisions contained in Section 125 to 128 are applicable to all persons belonging to all religions and have no relationship with the personal laws of the parties." Comment critically on the given statement with suitable case laws. (Marks 10)
2. Enumerate the procedural safeguards envisaged by the Criminal Procedure Code during the process of arrest, to prevent abuse of power at the hands of arresting authorities with suitable cases. (Marks 10)
3. Discuss the procedure to be followed by the police while making the search of a place without warrant. Also examine the legal consequences that could flow from the non-compliance with the rules of search procedure. (Marks 10)
