1. "Jurisprudence is the science of law." In the light of statement, discuss definitions, nature and
classification of jurisprudence. (Marks 10)
2. "Law and moral have common origin but they diverge in their development" in the light of above
statement discuss law and morality relation and Hart-Devlin debate. (Marks 10)
3. Write short notes on the following:- (Marks 5×2=10)
a. Relation between jurisprudence and other social sciences
b. Concept of justice by HLA Hart.
