1 Explain the evolution of Judicial Review system in USA and also distinguish the process of
Judicial Review in USA UK. (Marks 06)
Parliament's power to amend the Constitution cannot be equated with the power of the
Constituent Assembly to frame a Constitution. Discuss. (Marks 04)
2 With special reference to the landmark judgments of the Supreme Court of India, discuss the
effect of relegation of the right to property from being a fundamental right to a constitutional right.

Discuss the powers of Supreme Court regarding judicial review in context of the Indian
