1. Discuss the historical and traditional role played by Asia in the evolution of International Humanitarian Law.
2. Who are Child Soldiers? Discuss the International Humanitarian Law principles prohibiting the use of child soldiers in armed conflicts.
3. Discuss the 'Just War Doctrine' as limitation to the means and methods of warfare and protection of environment under the traditional Asian Humanitarian Law.
4. Critically evaluate the Application of International Humanitarian Law during the ethinic conflict in Sri Lanka.
