1. Analyse the problems of the Refugees in South Asia. What are the mechanisms to provide a durable, solution to the problem Discuss the role of UNHCR in this area.
2. Evaluate the contribution made by the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council in the promotion and protection of IHL principles.
3. Critically evaluate the issues involved in the application of IHL into the armed conflicts in Pakistan.
4. Explain "Just War Doctrine". Do you think that this doctrine is incorporated in modern International Humanitarian Law
