Briefly explain the role of nutrition and health educators.
Think of a message on nutrition and cardiovascular health in adults suitable for a poster. Give an illustration of the poster.
2. Discuss in detail the specific determinants of food behaviour.
Describe the objectives of the analytical approach for nutrition and health education. Give examples of at least two topics for which this approach can be used.
3. Select key themes on "Nutrition during Pregnancy" relevant to your community. Explain ways in which you can convey information to them.
List some benefits of working with groups in the community.
4. Explain briefly the usefulness and limitations of the following communication methods/media:
