Explain the nature of mathematics and its importance in school curriculum with suitable examples.
OR
Discuss the basic principles of methods of teaching mathematics. Highlight the nature and benefits of problem solving approach in teaching of mathematics.
2. Answer the following question in about 600 words:
Formulate objectives and write down learning experiences to teach anyone of the following topics to secondary school students:
Write on anyone of the two topics.
