Critically examine the role of principles of natural justice in governance or implementation of law.
OR
Explain the significance of the hierarchy of justice delivery system in India with special reference to the powers and functions of courts at different levels.
2. Answer the following question in about 600 words
What are the conditions for a valid marriage? Explain the difference between void marriage and voidable marriage.
OR
What is tort What are its essential ingredients List the general defences available for the defendant. Explain the significance of these defences in tort.

What constitutes information and who can access it under the Right to Information Act, 2005?
What is the constitutional perspective of evolution of right to education?
What are the characteristics of an ideal penal system
