Discuss different types of jurisdiction that the Supreme Court of India exercises under the Constitution.
2. Answer the following question in about 600 words:
Describe the basic framework of the Constitution of India. Highlight some salient features of it.

What are the essentials of a valid contract? What are the modes of discharging a contract?
3. Answer any four of the following in about 150 words each:
Highlight the matrimonial reliefs available to the spouses.
Explain the similarities and differences between crime and tort.
What is substantive law How is it different from procedural law
What are the weaknesses of the National Commission for Women?
What are Writs? How do they help in protection of Fundamental Rights?
