Critically examine the reasons for non-utilisation of funds in adult education.

Explain the special roles of Universities in the context of Adult Continuing Education and Extension and Field Outreach (ACEEFO). Give suitable examples.

Examine the relevance of participatory training to adult education with reference to its methodology and materials.
