Time: 1 Hour Maximum Marks: 50
Note: There is one compulsory question in this paper of 40 marks. Rest 10 marks are for viva-voce. You may use any IDE, Web Server or Database backend to demonstrate the Web Application.
1. Design and implement a website/web application having three web pages with the following layout

(a) Create three pages having the Menu Division as shown in Figure . 'Product Feedback' and are links to Home Page and Product Feedback Pages respectively. The Display Division of these three pages should be as per the description given below The Home Page should display the names of any four products.
(ii) Product Feedback Page should contain the form as given below: <img
(iii) Write the jsp program that creates the third page. The jsp program is run when you press the SUBMIT button on the Product Feedback Page and displays the product name entered by you and Excellent/Very Good/Good/Fair whatever is selected by you. This information must be displayed in the Display Division of the third page. 15
Create an external CSS file that formats the three pages as per the layout of Figure . It also makes separate background colour for both the divisions. 10 <img src='./qimages/8508-1(b).jpg'>
