Note: There is one compulsory question in this paper of 40 marks. Rest
10 marks are for viva-voce. You may use any IDE, Web Server or Database backend to demonstrate the Web Application.
1. Design and implement a website/web application consisting of three web pages having the following layout: <img src='./qimages/11256-1.jpg'> <br>
Figure 1 Layout of Web Pages Create the three web pages having the same layout as shown in Figure 1. The Linkage Division and Company Division of all the three pages should be same and similar to Figure 1. However, the Content Display Division of the pages should be as per the following description:
The Home Page should display company contact address and CEO name.
(ii) The Feedback Form Page should display the following form 9 <img src='./qimages/11256-1aii.jpg'>
(iii) Create a jsp program which gets executed when you click the SUBMIT button on the Feedback Form Page. This program displays all the information that you have entered in the Feedback Form in the "Content Display Division" of the third page. 15 Create an external CSS file that formats all the divisions as per the layout shown in Figure 1. This CSS should also assign different background colours to different divisions. 10
