in businesses that benefit from tourism on Rameswaram
Island. They wish to learn how they can attract a larger

break. Define the business research problem.
11. A multinational fast-food corporation plans to locate a
restaurant in Madurai City. Secondary data for this city
is outdated. Using observation, how might you determine
the best location?
12. What are the appropriate descriptive statistics allowable
with nominal, ordinal, and interval scales?
13. What is pilot testing? What are the measures to be taken
before and after a pilot study?
14. With suitable examples, briefly explain various
uni-variate and bivariate statistical tools you aware off.
15. What is research report? Briefly mention various
