1. Forlex Four Legs Company is a service provider who collects DNA data from its clients to
determine ancestral origin of its clients and maps the same on the world map. Forlex Four Legs has a
wide spread business in India and is known for its client-confidentiality values. Hidimba International
Services Private Limited from Sri Lanka entered into SAAS agreement with Forlex Four Legs
Company in India whereby Forlex Four Legs Company's statistical data analysis work will be
computed through Hidimba International Services Private Limited's software. For the process of data
analysis, Hidimba International has notified that temporary caching of the said data will happen in its
public cloud "Maha-megha" and thereafter the final reports would be transmitted to Forlex Four Legs
Company.
Detailed Non-disclosure clauses were part of the SAAS agreement between Forlex Four Legs
Company and Hidimba International Services Private Limited. However, eight years old boy Kartick
manages to hack into the public cloud "Maha-Megha" and downloads certain charts containing DNA
details of Forlex's clients. In a interview with Legaltimes (an online newspaper), Kartick said his sole
aim for hacking into "Maha-megha" was in continuation of a Government Ethical Hacking Workshop
in which he was participating and therefore he has not disclosed any data with any third party.
However an association of Forlex Four Legs Company's clients has approached you on grounds of
lapse of data-security on part of the Forlex Four Legs Company and Hidimba International Services
Private Limited. Advise relying on Information Technology Act and the Rules therein.

messages to parents of each student. The school has adopted this policy to keep parents updated with
the academic performances of their wards.
Shristi and her group (students of Class 12 of the said school) bribed the school's software engineer to
diddle the mobile number column is such way that last digit of each mobile number turns zero and
therefore no messages went for the academic session 2015-2016. Concerned parents contacted school
authorities regarding no update on annual report and then Shanghai Public School discovered this
misdeed on part of its students. The school wants to take an action against the girls as well as the
