a. "What are the various kinds of presumptions which can be drawn by a court under the Indian
Evidence Act, 1872". Explain.
b. Statement of a co-conspirator is admissible against the conspirators in the Indian Evidence

a. What is confession? What is difference between admission and confession?
b. X is on his trial for the murder of Y. Evidences are there to establish that Y was murdered by
X and and that Z given a statement that "X and I murdered Y". Can the confession of Z ,be
relevant and binding against Give reasons under the relevant provisions of law.
