1. "Corporate restructuring aims to achieve certain pre-determined goals in corporate goals." Comment and explain how Corporate Restructuring would help bringing an edge over competition. (Marks 10)
2. Around the globe, Corporate Mergers, Amalgamations as well as Acquisitions have become a universal practice in the corporate world covering different sectors within the nations and even across the borders for securing survival, growth, expansion and globalization of the enterprise thereby achieving multitude of objectives.
In the light of the above paragraph critically discuss the economic and human aspects of Mergers and Amalgamations in India. (Marks 10)
