2. What is the relationship between the exclusionary remedy and the Fourth Amendment Right? Is the remedy part of the right? Or is it merely a means by which the right is protected?Explain (Marks 10)
3. What role the prosecutor may play in adversarial criminal justice system? Critically evaluate its role provided under the Criminal Procedure Code 1973. (Marks 10)
