1. Answer the following:- (Marks 2×5=10)
a. Discuss the essentials of temporary injunction?
b. What is cause of action? Explain.
c. Discuss essentials of pleading by minor?
d. Explain the 'title and heading' of the plaint and written statement with suitable example.
e. Differentiate between first appeal and second appeal under CPC by suitable example.
2. Draft a plaint on imaginary facts. (Marks 10)
Or
Draft a notice to district magistrate, Raipur under section 80 of CPC, stating your cause of action (imaginary fact).
3. Discuss the following with suitable examples:- (Marks 2×5=10)
a. Material fact of the case.
b. Parties to the suit
c. Rejection of plaint
d. Conveyance.
e. Difference between drafting and pleading.
