1. What do you understand by discuss the Historical background of Freedom of Speech and Expression in India with special reference to the Print Media. (Marks 10)
2. Discuss the following:
a. Edward S. Herman and Noam Chomsky in the year 1988 originated the concept or model of 'systemic biases' in a book titled, "Manufacturing Consent: The Political Economy of the Mass Media." In this book they discussed how populations are manipulated and how consent for economic, social, and political policies is "manufactured" in the public mind due to the presence of "filters".
