a. Term of Copyright
b. Concept of Intellectual Property under TRIPS.
3. Answer the following: (Marks 5×2=10)
a. "Copyright does not subsist in an idea but in expressions." Substantiate your answer with the help of decided cases.
b. What is Intellectual Property? List the characteristics of Intellectual Property Rights with examples.
