1. What is the procedure for fixation or revision of Minimum
wages under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948
Or
Define "Wages" and discuss the provisions of Minimum Wages
Act, 1948 relating to composition of Advisory Board Central
Advisory Board.
2. Discuss the provisions relating to obligations and rights of
Recognized Union under the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade
Union and prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act 1971.

Define "Unfair labour Practises" and enumerate the various
