1. What are the pioneering studies done on involuntary resettlement from the 1960s to the 1990s? Discuss critically the World Bank's Policy on it.

2. Describe the model of risks and risk avoidance in detail. What are the four basic functions of the model Explain.

3. Discuss the basic principles of social justice. What do you understand by efficiency with distributive justice? Elucidate your answer with an example.

4. Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the Impoverishment Risk and Reconstruction model. Explain the limitations and uses of the model.
