1. What is a baseline study in monitoring on resettlement? Discuss the role of key stakeholders in monitoring and evaluation with reference to Project Affected Persons (PAPs).
2. What are the objectives of monitoring and evaluation in general? How do they differ from the specific objectives? Elaborate with examples from performance based M E and traditional M&E.
3. What are the different types of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms? Discuss external Mid-term and End-term Project Impact Evaluation (PIE).
4. Discuss the general approaches to monitoring and evaluation in Resettlement Action Plan Implementation.
5. Critically examine the stakeholders' participation in monitoring and evaluation of R R project implementation.
6. Explain how the socially vulnerable groups can be made to participate and reap benefits from R R monitoring and evaluation process.
