1. A school keeps track of recommendation of books by teachers. The following E-R diagram shows this

Assume that a teacher teaches only one subject as well as only one class. A book can be recommended by many teachers and a teacher can recommend many books.
Perform the following tasks for the given E-R diagram;
Design and implement normalised relations/tables. You must include primary key, validation checks and referential integrity constraints in your implementation.
Enter about 5-6 sets of meaningful data in each table.
Design and implement the following queries/forms/reports for the database:
Create two forms one for entering the teacher information and other for entering Recommended book information.
Count the number of books recommended by teacher whose Teacher-ID is "T001"
List the Teacher-ID and name of the teacher who teaches subject "DBMS".
Create a report on various recommended books. The details should include Title and first author of recommended books.
List the publishers of the recommended books. No duplicate name should appear in this list.
