1. An insurance agency insures its clients. The following E-R diagram shows this: <img src='./qimages/11445-1.jpg'>
A client may take many policies. A policy can be joint policy for more than one clients. The type of policy can be "Life" or "Medical" only. Assets may be in lakh of rupees. Address may be stored as a single value attribute.
Perform the following tasks for the given E-R diagram: Design and implement normalised relations/tables for the E-R diagram. You should include primary key, validation checks and referential integrity constraints in your implementation. Enter about 5-6 sets of meaningful data in each table. Design and implement the following queries/forms/reports:
Create two forms-one each for client information and policy details.
(ii) List the details of all "Medical" policies.
(iii) List the complete client information of policy whose Policy_ID is "L001".
(iv) Create a report of all the policies in the order of yearly premium. Your report should include Policy_ID, type, date of start and yearly premium.
List all the clients who have taken a policy but their assets are less than 21akhs.
