Identify and coordinate with industry players for ensuring employability of the skilled trainees of the programme. Monitor activities in all districts for each programme- prepare status reports; act as a liaison between Ministry and the training organization to address any queries/ issues/ problems etc. Prepare and analyse performance reports, success/failure and overall appraisal of the programme in terms of employment opportunities and skills acquired by trainees. Undertake extensions of Green Skill Development Programme (GSDP) on Parataxonomists by coordinating with agencies like Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB)/State Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCFs) etc. to ensure tailoring of the programme on the basis of need/employability in such organizations. Examine and modify the course module as and when required. Coordinate and work on other courses related to biodiversity scheduled to be started later.
