The CEO shall also be responsible for developing brand building and corporates spruce up activities with higher wave length for corporate communications with all the stakeholders. The CEO is expected to play a livewire for proliferating the institutional connect with National and International academic and research organizations for collaborating in academic and research areas for the benefit of faculty, students, alumni, start-ups and incubators, interns and all other stakeholders. The appointment shall be on an initial observation period of 6 months and renewed on yearly basis upto a tenure of 3 years, subject to performance evaluation from time to time. The contract may also be terminated on 1 month notice or payment of 1-month salary in lieu of notice period, on either side. The position is co-terminus with the project duration or 3 years whichever is earlier. The position is purely temporary on contract basis with a maximum tenure of 3 years in each instance, under a project mode funding provided to IICE.
