In the early phase of the project. the Doctor will be posted in different institutions to get familiarized with the consultants, before giving responsibility of the tele-medicine van. The Doctor should have a genuine interest in the welfare of tribal people and should have an inclination to use newer technologies in Healthcare. He/she should develop cordial relationships with the peripheral Doctors and the Consultants. Nature of appointment: Temporary (Purely on contract basis).
