Job requirement: The incumbent will be interacting with the other teams to understand the workings of the MANAV platform and help assimilate the same to design teaching modules, communication material that will allow us to bring the MANAV platform to teachers and students in colleges across the country. Under the supervision of the Senior Domain Expert you will also help in designing and organizing workshops for teachers and students to communicate the use of the MANAV platform. You will also be an important coordinator for events like BIOTHONS which will involve mass engagement with students working on the Manav platform. In doing so you will work closely with DOMAIN ANALYSTS and the administrative team. You will also be in charge of developing and helping implement the rewards program that will support the Manav initiative. This will be done in close consultation with the Senior Domain Expert. Tenure of the appointment: Initially for a period of one year extendable for further period subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project. The appointment is purely temporary and will terminate automatically without any notice or compensation on termination of the project. The appointed person shall have no claim of appointment / absorption in Funding Agency or in IISER Pune. The appointment of the applicant will be governed by the terms and conditions of the funding agency particularly applicable to the said project.
