Job requirement: The incumbent will need able to interact with the other teams to understand the workings of the MANAV platform and help assimilate the same to design teaching modules, communication material, public engagement policy that will allow us to bring the MANAV platform to teachers and students in colleges across the country. You will also be in charge of designing and organizing workshops for teachers and students that teaches them to use the MANAV platform. You will also help coordinate events like BIOTHONS which will involve mass engagement with students working on the Manav platform. You will also have to work to develop a plan for the rewards program to be instituted that will support the Manav initiative. You will also be in charge of furthering alliances with other academic organizations like the UGC, AICTE, ICMR, PCI and programs like the DBT star program to help connect the Manav platform with as many colleges as possible across the country. Tenure of the appointment: Initially for a period of one year extendable for further period subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project. The appointment is purely temporary and will terminate automatically without any notice or compensation on termination of the project. The appointed person shall have no claim of appointment / absorption in Funding Agency or in IISER Pune. The appointment of the applicant will be governed by the terms and conditions of the funding agency particularly applicable to the said project.
