In this project, a handheld device is proposed for testing the vigour and viability of the bulk amount of seeds. The hybrid of imaging technique and radio frequency based spectroscopy is proposed for capturing of the seeds data. The data is further analyzed with machine learning (ML) algorithms to evaluate the parameters of the seed such as texture, moisture level and density for the bulk amount of the seeds.
