Later he/she will be posted In one of the two tele-medicine vans which in turn will go to the telemedicine vans, which in turn will go to the PHC/CHCs on a regular basis. The nurse should help the Junior Medical Officer to facilitate the history taking, examination and clinical sample collection of the patient as per the instruction of the remote consultant, He/she is entrusted with documentation duties including informed consent taking.
