The original contract will be with the hospital and its copy will be with candidate. Cost of the stamp paper will be borne by the candidate. The Full time Specialist/Superspecialist will be required to deposit security of Rs. 35000/- (Rupees Thirty five thousand only) through Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1 at the time of joining, which is refundable after completion of contract period and on production of “No dues certificate”. The contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued on either side giving one month prior notice to this effect without assigning any reason. The contractual workers will be entitled for leave, maternity leave etc. as per the Contractual Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act. 1970. In case of engagement of retired employees/pensioners, they may be allowed to draw full consolidated remuneration without any deduction as it is not a case of re-employment in terms of Central Civil Services (Fixation of Pay of Re-employed Pensioners) Orders. 1986 and the retired employees/pensioners can continue to draw pension and dearness relief on pension during their period of contractual engagement.
