A walk-in-interview will be held on 31.01.2019 at 10 AM at ESIC Hospital & ODC (EZ), Joka for immediate engagement and for drawing up a panel for future engagement of Part/Full time Specialist/Superspecialist in ESIC Hospital & ODC (EZ), Joka for one year on contract basis or appointment of regular incumbents whichever is earlier for the following department. The panel may remain valid for a period of three months and may be cancelled/invalidated earlier without assigning any reason.

A. Vacancies of Part/Full Time Specialist/Super Specialist.

Educational qualification as on date of interviews for Full/Part time Specialist as on 31.01.2019

a) A recognized Post Graduate Medical Degree in Radiotherapy with a minimum 2 (two) years post PG experience in MCI recognized medical college or reputed private hospital or any autonomous Govt. of India Medical College

OR

A post graduate Diplomat in National Board of Examinations (DNB) from a MCI recognized institute with a minimum of 3 (three) years post PG experience in MCI recognized medical college or reputed private hospital.

b) MCI/State MC Registration.

Age for Part/Full time Specialist

Not exceeding 67 years as on 31.01.2019 (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH as per rules) for Full time/Part Time Specialist.

Emoluments of Specialist (For MD Radiotherapy)

a) For Full time Specialist: (For Hospital/ODC): Consolidated Rs. 101000/- per month (No other allowances would be payable).

b) For Part time Specialist (4hrs/per day & 4 days week) :- i) (For Hospital/ODC): Rs. 60000/-

ii) On giving undertaking will be available for performing emergency call duty after the schedule timings and will be entitled for Rs. 12000/- per month.

Educational qualification for Full/Part time Super Specialist

a.) DM/MCH in respective speciality from MCI recognized institute.

b.) MCI/State MC Registration.

Age for Part/Full time SuperSpecialist

Not exceeding 67 years as on 31.01.2019 (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH as per rules) for Full time/Part Time SuperSpecialist.

Emoluments of Super Specialist (For DM Medical Oncology)

a) For Full time Super Specialist: (For Hospital/ODC): Rs. 175000 (may be given at par with professor (contractual) being having Superspeciality degree).

b) For Part time Super Specialist (4hrs/per day & 4 days week) :- i) (For Hospital/ODC): Rs. 82000/-

ii) On giving undertaking will be available for performing emergency call duty after the schedule timings and will be entitled for Rs. 20000/- per month.

NOTE-1: At the time of Interview the candidates should bring along with them Original plus Attested copies of MCI/State MC Registration, MBBS degree certificate & PG degree certificate whichever applicable and other Educational qualifications from Matriculation or equivalent onwards, Experience certificate, Proof of Age, (Matriculation certificate/Birth certificate), Caste certificate if any and 2 recent passport size photographs.

NOTE-2: THE CANDIDATES SHOULD REPORT AT 09 AM FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS AT ADMINSTRATIVE BLOCK OF ESI PGIMSR AND ESIC HOSPITAL & ODC (EZ), JOKA

Terms & Conditions:

1. Private practice of any kind will not be allowed (except for part time specialist).

2. No TA/DA will be admissible for joining purpose.

3. It is a contractual post for one year only and contract will be signed on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (except for part time specialist). The original contract will be with the hospital and its copy will be with candidate. Cost of the stamp paper will be borne by the candidate.

4. The Full time Specialist/Superspecialist will be required to deposit security of Rs. 35000/- (Rupees Thirty five thousand only) through Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1 at the time of joining, which is refundable after completion of contract period and on production of No dues certificate.

5. The contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued on either side giving one month prior notice to this effect without assigning any reason.

6. The contractual workers will be entitled for leave, maternity leave etc. as per the Contractual Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act. 1970.

7. In case of engagement of retired employees/pensioners, they may be allowed to draw full consolidated remuneration without any deduction as it is not a case of re-employment in terms of Central Civil Services (Fixation of Pay of Re-employed Pensioners) Orders. 1986 and the retired employees/pensioners can continue to draw pension and dearness relief on pension during their period of contractual engagement.

8. Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided.
