Description Maintenance of Products delivered by BEL to Indian Navy on daily basis. Maintain a logbook for any observed problem and action taken to resolve the problem. Status of the system including the problem observed is to be reported daily to Product Support/BEL Ghaziabad If any complaint is reported by Indian Navy or any problem related to system functioning is observed, the problem must be attended/resolved at the earliest in addition to BEL being informed. Assist the Naval Staff in predetermined routines, carry out defect rectification and participate in trials. Due to system operational commitments and urgency, defects would be needed to be attended on Sundays/holidays/extended stays on working days. Carry out routine maintenance checks as per the procedures laid down by BEL. Resolution of customer complaints and rendering weekly and monthly reports. Preventive, corrective maintenance and regular health checks of CMS System under warranty / AMC. Co-ordinating with vendors for effective support services. Co-ordination with SBU site engineers for resolving customer concerns. Logistic management of spares, repaired and defective modules. Maintenance of spares stock, Test setups and Test instruments. Any System maintenance related activities if not mentioned above, may be included later. Method of Selection: Selection will be through a Written Test on 13.01.2019 (Sunday followed by interview (only of those who are shortlisted in the written test) on the next day 14.01.2019 (Monday). However, the candidates must come prepared to stay in Ghaziabad For 1-2 days.
