Qualification: First class for General and OBC Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST candidates in BE / B.Tech from a recognized University/ Institution. Only the following disciplines are allowed

Age: Maximum age limit as on 31.12.2018 is 25 years for General; 28 years for OBC and 30 years for SC candidates respectively. 10 years age relaxation for PWD candidates in their respective category.

Remuneration:
i. Contract Engineer (Electronics) -An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs.25,000 per month.
ii. Contract Engineer (Comp. Sc.) -An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs.26,500 per month.
Period of contract: One year from the date of joining, however the same may be extended depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.
Job Description
Maintenance of Products delivered by BEL to Indian Navy on daily basis. Maintain a logbook for any observed problem and action taken to resolve the problem. Status of the system including the problem observed is to be reported daily to Product Support/BEL Ghaziabad
If any complaint is reported by Indian Navy or any problem related to system functioning is observed, the problem must be attended/resolved at the earliest in addition to BEL being informed.
Assist the Naval Staff in predetermined routines, carry out defect rectification and participate in trials. Due to system operational commitments and urgency, defects would be needed to be
attended on Sundays/holidays/extended stays on working days. Carry out routine maintenance checks as per the procedures laid down by BEL. Resolution of customer complaints and rendering weekly and monthly reports. Preventive, corrective maintenance and regular health checks of CMS System under
warranty / AMC. Co-ordinating with vendors for effective support services. Co-ordination with SBU site engineers for resolving customer concerns. Logistic management of spares, repaired and defective modules. Maintenance of spares stock, Test setups and Test instruments. Any System maintenance related activities if not mentioned above, may be included
later.
Method of Selection: Selection will be through a Written Test on 13.01.2019 (Sunday followed by interview (only of those who are shortlisted in the written test) on the next day
i.e 14.01.2019 (Monday). However, the candidates must come prepared to stay in Ghaziabad for 1-2 days.
Documents Required: Candidates are required to produce a self attested photocopy (one set) of the following documents along with ORIGINAL documents for verification:
i. Filled in application form enclosed herein.
ii. SSLC Marks card
iii. Engineering Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate

- Caste Certificate, if applicable
- v.
- Two recent passport size colour photograph
vi. Relevant experience certificate, if any
If not produced, candidate will not be allowed to attend the interview.
Candidates who have not completed B.E. / B Tech. need not apply. Those who are unable to produce their Degree marks cards and certificates in original on the day of the interview for whatever reason will not be considered. No Travelling Expenses will be given for attending the interview. Only Indian Nationals need to apply.
Candidates meeting the above criteria may come for the WALK-IN-SELECTIONS to be held on 13.01.2019 (Sunday) at 8:30 AM onwards at the venue given below

Registration closes at 9:30 AM. No candidate will be allowed after 09:30 AM. Decision of management in this regard would be final.
BEL reserves the right to debar/ disqualify any candidate at any stage of the Selection Proceedings, for reason whatsoever. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. No reason for not selection will be given and no communication in this regard will be entertained. You may also note that you have the option of answering the question in HINDI during the interview. It may be noted that the number of post mentioned above are subject to change depending on the actual requirement at the time of selection.
Engineers can be posted to any location in India and it is the sole discretion of BEL Management. BEL also reserves the rights of posting of any Engineer anywhere on rotational basis in due course of service. Decision on place of initial posting and thereafter rotation of Engineer will be decided by BEL on requirement basis and No request of any type will be entrained in this regard.
