not only as an outcome? What is research process?
Or
Explain why cluster sampling is a probability
sampling design.
7. There is an advantage in stating the hypothesis
both in the null and in the alternate its ads clarity
to our thinking of what we are testing. Explain.

What are the basic research design issues? Describe
them in some detail.
8. Define group interview, for what research purposes
do you consider focus group interviewing
appropriate?

A sample of 10 observations gave a standard
deviation of 28 . Is this compatible with the
hypothesis that the sample is from a normal
population with variance 14?
9. The coefficient of rank correlation of the marks
obtained by 10 students in statistics and
accountancy was found to be 0.8. It was later
discovered that the difference in ranks in the two
subjects obtained by one of the students was
wrongly taken as 7 instead of 9 find the correct
coefficient of rank correlation.
