situated in a posh locality. Draw/sketch- Plan and section of the landscaping showing vegetation, flora, fauna, services, elements street furniture. Assume the Common open plot has 6m wide peripheral road 4 Storeys of building on all four sides. Assume a hollow plinth parking on the ground floor.
