3. What do you mean by poverty line? Briefly discuss the steps undertaken by government to
eradicate poverty in India. (Marks 10)
4. What do you understand by economic planning? Discuss the achievements of economic
planning in India. (Marks 10)
5. Discuss the salient features of the Child Labour (Prohibition Regulation) Act, 1986.

6. Discuss the historical development of legal aid in India. (Marks 10)
