2. What do you understand by Debt Finance and Equity Finance? Which is more beneficial to a Corporation while raising its funds to meet its financial requirements with a view to achieve the modern goal of Corporate Finance? (Marks 10)
3. Rating of securities is mandatory for many securities. Even issuer of securities goes with the rated securities in its prospectus as it creates confidence among the investors. Is this rating system flawless? Do you think Credit Rating Agencies are performing their work efficiently and effectively? Discuss the challenges associated with credit rating system and give the tenable solutions. (Marks 10)
4. What do you understand by the term "Intermediaries"? Explain the role of the Merchant Banker in issue management of a Corporation with the support of the relevant provisions of law. (Marks 10)
