3. What are the causes responsible for low agriculture production in India? Discuss various policy measures undertaken by government to increase the agriculture production in India. (Marks 10)

4. Explain the importance of small scale industries in economic development of India. What steps have been taken by the government of India to promote these industries? (Marks 10)

5. Explain the reasons for the increase in public expenditure in India in recent years. Discuss the effects of public expenditure on production and distribution in India. (Marks 10)

6. What do you mean by poverty? Briefly discuss the steps undertaken by government to eradicate poverty in India. (Marks10)
