1. What do you understand by Insurable Interest? How does the Insurable Interest exist in case of Fire Insurance, Marine Insurance and Life Insurance? Explain with relevant provisions and case laws. (Marks 10)
2. " Insurance can be seen being practice in some or the other form from ages".
In view of the above statement, explain the Genesis, Growth and Development of Insurance. (Marks 10)
