1. "Transferability is the most inherent quality of Property". Elucidate, and also discuss the exceptions to this rule? (Marks 10)
2. wanted to transfer his self acquired property to his first grandchild but his son is just 17 years old and unmarried. Can transfer the property in future? If yes, explain how? If no, explain why? Support your answer with relevant provisions and case laws, if any. (Marks 10)
3. Write short notes on the following: (Marks 5×2=10)
a. Immovable Property
b. Difference between Vested Interest and Contingent Interest
